Waiver

I am aware that during my session I may have varied sensations and shifts within my body, thoughts and emotions. After the session, in the integration period, I may have experiences such as more energy, better sleep, less pain, better mobility and greater calm. There may also be increased soreness, feeling under the weather and emotions. I will make sure I allow enough time after each session to take care of and nourish myself. I will make sure I’m in a safe place for my session, consider my driving / travel arrangements, and make sure I have any physical or emotional support I feel I may need after the session. I take full responsibility for my health, the appropriateness of these sessions for me, and any unforeseen circumstances while I am involved in these sessions. I have freely decided to participate in the session/s, I hereby give my full consent to the session/s. I understand that it is my participation itself which serves as my full consent, and which acts as an unconditional release of liability for any circumstance or reaction which may occur as a result of the sessions. Kaja Pogacar is not liable for my decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.
