DAY 1 . Offerings to Spirits and the Land of Bali
Afternoon opening ceremony with the Balinese Priestess and Canang Sari offerings making.
DAY 2 . Inner Union as the Foundation of Prosperity
We'll explore our inner feminine and masculine astrological archetypes through movement, creating a union between the two, which is the foundation of our prosperity. We will round out the day with a group Spinal Attunement session.
DAY 3 . Empowerment Through Truth & Prosperity Cultivation
We will start our day with restorative Yin Yoga and lymphatic self-massage, followed by an exploration of our own unique Gene Keys spheres of individualization. Through contemplation, practical exercises and inner work, we’ll dive into what makes you, you. Half of the day will be led by my dearest friend and a retreat guest Tam, who has over 12 years of experiences in the field of holistic health and healing. She facilitates deep embodied experiences that will help you get to the root cause of what’s holding you back emotionally, energetically and practically from living prosperous and empowered life. We’ll work through unconscious patterns, emotional imprints and nervous system responses as they arise. I’ll share personal secrets from my time in India and give you practical tools to keep cultivating that inner prosperity long after you go home.
DAY 4 . Day for Yourself, Integration & Tea Ceremony
Life speaks to us through silence and spaciousness. This is your time to go inward, whether that’s spending time in nature, enjoying the sauna, journaling or connecting with others. Whatever your heart desires. We will end the day together with an evening sharing circle and a group Spinal Attunement session.
DAY 5 . Completion

Cancelation policy
More than 90 days before departure: Refund of the total amount minus the €500 non-refundable deposit.
90 to 45 days before departure: 50% of the total price is retained.
Less than 45 days before departure: 100% of the total price is retained.

Kaya is a multidimensional intuitive, a lifelong learner in the school of life, and a trauma-informed Spinal Attunement™ trainer and practitioner. She holds a certificate of Integral Transformational Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga teacher training, she completed the De-Armouring Training Level One and did a Shamanic Astrology intensive beginner course. During summer 2025 she attended the Prana Shakti and the Sacred Fire - Teachings on Kundalini and Mastering Prana training with Octavio Salvado, later in the year she completed a 50hr yin yoga teacher training.
For over a decade, Kaja has maintained a deep connection with the plant world, particularly the rose flower and from the early years, the snake, representing transformation, wisdom and Kundalini, has also been a strong presence in her life.
She is blessed with body clairsentience and claircognizance, along with the profound connection to subtle realms which enables her to create gentle and soft yet deep transformative and nurturing spaces. There you remember who you truly are.
Kaja’s work is about inner empowerment to live an autonomous and
creative soul-led life.
She also works as a private chef and contributed to a few cookbooks as a photographer, author, and editor. She loves beauty, art and loves to dance.
